An evening of self-love, nurturing, compassion and tending to your inner-child, your wounding, your nervous system… your heart & soul. A night just for YOU.

Time to breathe, to exhale, release the tension you’re holding in your whole system and receive healing from within and from Divine Spirit. There is nothing for you to “do”, just get comfortable and journey within, guided by Indigo, supported by your guides, spirit animals, those in spirit who love you unconditionally and will be called on for your highest good.

As a group healing, you will be bathed in the divine sound of crystal bowls, angelic voice and toning and gentle music.

Indigo is a channel for Divine Spirit, bringing through the energy and vibrations of pure love and light. She is gifted with psychic intuition and is guided to work with energy vortexes, clearing these in your chakras and your etheric body. You will experience shifts of energy, emotion, physical pain, thoughts, feelings and behaviours in the days to follow.

Specifically created for inner-child healing, you will be invited to snuggle into a blanket, a teddy bear/pillow, cocoon yourself into a space of safety and self-nurturing. We will separate your child and adult selves, so you may separate from your pain or trauma in a way that is healthy, safe and enables you to function more fully in your life, without disconnecting from your self or using unhealthy behaviours as coping mechanisms.

The opportunity to rest, validate and nurture is vital to healing and recovery. You will feel deep healing within the cells of your body, your heart and soul. Anyone who is experiencing emotional, and or physical, pain will benefit from this guided healing, channeled from Spirit to nurture and nourish your soul.
